If I don’t have a snack ready for my pre-teen and teen after school, they rush to the fridge, ready to ruin their appetite for dinner with a huge grab-a-meal. You know, it’s a bunch of whatever they can grab from the fridge and eat until they’re full. The triplets are right behind them. If I didn’t keep a watchful eye, every day would end in tummy aches and untouched dinners. We’ve had a few battles over this little habit of theirs. Although, why cook dinner at all, right? Ha! If only it were that easy.

That’s why it’s so important to me to have simple portion-appropriate snack options that they’ll enjoy and I can make quickly. Well, these mini no bake pies just might be my favorite snack ever! If you’ve been a reader for a while, you know we are always busy. We’re rushing around from morning to night most days. If it’s easy to make, even easier to clean up, and the kids love it, I’ll give it a 5-Star rating for sure! With only three ingredients (I added two, so that’s a whopping five ingredients), I  was able to make each pie in under 30 seconds flat. How’s that for quick? Not only are they the perfect snack, they are also great as a healthier dessert option. Here’s how I made the three ingredient version, using Dannon® Greek Yogurt Oikos® Light & Fit® Carmel Apple Pie Yogurt, Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Pie Crusts (6 count), and Reddi-wip® original 13oz. The yogurt is just 80 calories with 12 grams of protein! Plus, it’s ‘i-can’t-believe-it’s-not-a-real-caramel-apple-pie’ delicious! 

Take a good look at these, because they’re a limited edition flavor.  No bake pies have never tasted better.

You’ll need the Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Pie Crusts (6 count), and Reddi-wip® original 13oz. Also, if you want to go with my 5 ingredient version, pick up your favorite caramel sauce and granola.
