It is as easy as the twist of a nob and a little squeeze to deflate. Inflating is just as easy. Twist the inflate/deflate nob, and blow air directly into the twist nob. Tip: Once you have inflated it, (easy!) twist the nob to the close position while still blowing air into it. This prevents air from escaping while you are closing the nob.
