CELEBRITY CHEF BARRET BEYER HIRED AS EXECUTIVE CHEF AT 3 TOP RESTAURANTS IN NEW YORK SIMULTANEOUSLY
August 5th, 2015 NEW YORK, NY Let the flames begin! Hell’s Kitchen’s Chef Barret Beyer has definitely proven that he can take on the heat. Amongst the many projects and events that he’s been cooking up, he was recently hired as Executive Chef Consultant for SPACE, IBIZA NY, one of New York’s most talked about night clubs. SPACE, IBIZA NY most recently opened their skyline view rooftop and have recently launched a daytime/brunch party serving some of Chef Barret’s tastiest comfort foods and signature dishes including his famous Chicken & Waffle Sliders w/ Dark Amber Maple & Bourbon Syrup and his delicious Dragon Chicken Tempura tossed in Sweet Thai Chili & a Wasabi Ranch Drizzle.
In addition to this appointment, Chef Barret continues to juggle two other restaurants simultaneously. Bistro 914, a new restaurant which is projected to launch on Saturday, August 14, 2015, has been “Beyer’s baby” so to speak. He has created a menu of scrumptious small plates to surprise and delight, from Espresso Rubbed Hanger Steak to Vodka Flamed Shrimp Bruschetta to his own new spin on frites featuring truffle oil and sriracha salt. He’s worked tirelessly with the Bistro 914 team—including Gene Ciriello and Dennis Gladwell—to create a warm and inviting nook where people can enjoy scrumptious delights and blissful vibes.
As if there wasn’t already enough on his plate, Chef Barret also accepted the position as Executive Chef Consultant at LE BLEU BIRD CAFE in his native Long Island in Port Washington. He was born and raised in Holbrook and feels strongly about contributing to the culinary growth of Long Island. So much so that he will also featured one of his signature dishes at the Long Beach “Taste On The Beach Festival” this last Friday, August 7th, 2015. Chef Barret and his new found love attribute his success and most recent accomplishments to their belief in the “Law of attraction” and the energies of the universe as their compass and are so eager to generate more amazing food ideas and positive energy together.
