So, what’s for dinner? I try to cook homemade meals as often as I can, but sometimes that’s not in the cards. When I was single 20-something-year-old, eating out seemed affordable. As a family of 7? Not so much! Honestly, even most of the dollar menu items have crept up well over $1.00. What’s up with that, anyway? I’ll leave that for another post. It can be a bit frustrating to spend $30.00 on a quick and low cost meal out. I mean, it’s $30.00 by the time you add tax! I could by tri-tip or shrimp for that. It might not seem like much, but trust me, every penny counts. They add up. I don’t mind spending money if that’s what I choose, but I hate being stuck in a time bind and not feeling like I have a choice. Luckily, there are some truly under $1.00 meal options available right now! With the Rollbacks going on right now, the #LowPriceMeals are even lower! They’re definitely my #SimpleSolutions, especially this week. I’m running low on fuel, and I’m not talking about the gas tank!
