There is nothing that makes my son Pedro happier than Soccer. He loves soccer. And, he likes it in Spanish! Seriously, it’s a MUST! To him, there is nothing like the sound of the sports announcer screaming G-O-O-O-L-L-L! My kids grew up bilingual, so they had two first-languages. Their dad learned English much later in life. So, when it comes to watching TV, we always watch in Spanish. Sadly, because my six-year-old triplets had a hard time learning to talk at all, they are just now barely learning words in Spanish. With Xfinity ® X1! it’s easy to switch back and forth between English and Spanish or Spanish to English.
Not only is the system in Spanish, but the website, online account maintenance, and customer service are also available en tu idioma! Xfinity ® delivers the best in class Latino experience. It’s culturally-relevant to my family. To my entire family, which is a large combination of Latinos. For example, I grew up in the US and learned Spanish only as an Adult. My husband grew up in Mexico, and didn’t really learn English until he was an adult. Two of our children grew up here, but bilingual. Our triplets have so far grown up speaking English-only, and are just now learning Spanish. My mother-in-law grew up in Mexico, and learned mostly only enough English to order the perfect Starbucks drink! That’s why I love the versatility of Xfinity® language options. It works for everyone!
Also, they have XFINITY ® X1 Voice Remote. I had a lot of fun with it at the XFINITY ® X1 in-store event in December. You can still visit any Xfinity ® location and ask to see how it works. They’ll be happy to show you!
Xfinity ® is the MUST-HAVE in Entertainment. Check this out!
XFINITY ® appreciates Latino consumers and recognizes our true buying power. So, they’re making sure we get the services we deserve, in our own language! I appreciate them.
Another impressive feature of the XFINITY® X1 is the share app.
I love the ease and innovation of the XFINITY ®.
It’s hard to pick one favorite thing, but KidsZone is definitely a favorite feature! This is a peace-of-mind feature. Whether you have to take an important phone call, get dinner started, or jump in the shower, KidsZone keeps your kids on parent-approved channels. Also, there’s all this!
- With so much more space on DVR, you can record up to 6 shows at once and remembers the last 9 shows you watched!
- If you’re a few minutes, (or most of the minutes) late into the show, you can restart the show from the beginning.
- With the Cloud DVR, you can stream from anywhere and even download to your device for offline viewing.
- Make memories together with the people who can’t be there with you. The Share app lets you live stream to other devices and even big screens so that your loved ones can share each special moments with you, live! NOW YOU CAN spend your most special moments, TOGETHER!
Also, everything is on the main menu, including all of your saved programs. The Guide shows up to two weeks of shows, so you can plan out all your quality time and recording. On Demand now has poster art so you don’t have to go through folders to find what you want. You can even see the last nine things that you watched. If you decide to marathon-watch, you won’t get sent back to the main menu after each episode. The next episode will automatically load and play.
X1 is sleek and easy to use. It gives you one-click access to your entertainment options. You can use any device to access your favorite shows, movies and content. You can even set up a series recording through your smartphone, sync your personal calendar with your DVR’d programs, and get recommendations for programming you’ll want to watch On Demand — and the list goes on!
What would be your favorite XFINITY ® X1 Entertainment Operating System® feature? Share in the comments! I know. It’s hard to choose! Want to know more? Be sure to check them out on Facebook, too!
